Stephanie Karikari Joins AEBS 2026 to Lead “Building Influence into Enterprise

Stephanie Karikari, entrepreneur, media personality and humanitarian, has been announced as one of the speakers at the African Entrepreneurship and Business Summit 2026, where she will lead a conversation on how entrepreneurs can transform influence into sustainable enterprise.

She will lead the session “Building Influence into Enterprise,” bringing together her experience across beauty, entrepreneurship, media, entertainment and social impact.

Her journey reflects the evolving meaning of personal influence in business.

From the pageant stage, Stephanie Karikari has built a diverse entrepreneurial portfolio that extends into beauty, media and community development. She is the Founder and CEO of Safari Cosmetics Ltd, a luxury skincare brand through which she has established a presence in the beauty industry.

She is also the Founder of the Lumos International Foundation for Empowerment, an initiative focused on youth education, entrepreneurship and creating opportunities for young women.

Beyond entrepreneurship and humanitarian work, she has established herself in media and entertainment. She is the creator, host and executive producer of The SK Guide, a travel and business documentary series that explores Africa’s economic opportunities, businesses, destinations and stories.

The programme has aired on regional platforms including Akwaaba Magic, creating another avenue for her to spotlight Africa’s businesses, destinations and economic possibilities.

Her work across these sectors reflects a deliberate approach to influence. personal visibility is not simply about being seen. It can become a platform for building businesses, creating opportunities and advancing meaningful causes.

That perspective will shape her conversation at AEBS 2026.

Across Africa, personal branding has become increasingly important for entrepreneurs, executives, creatives and founders. Social media and digital platforms have made it possible for individuals to build audiences, establish authority and create direct relationships with customers and communities.

However, audience does not automatically equal enterprise. The ability to turn influence into a sustainable business requires a clear value proposition, strong positioning, operational structure and a strategy for converting attention into lasting value.

Stephanie Karikari’s experience across multiple industries provides a practical perspective on this transition. Her work demonstrates how a personal platform can evolve into businesses, media properties and social impact initiatives.

At AEBS 2026, she will explore what it takes to make that transition successfully and how entrepreneurs can build beyond visibility. The conversation will also examine the role of purpose in entrepreneurship and how founders can use their influence to create businesses that generate both commercial and social value.

Stephanie Karikari’s participation comes as AEBS continues to focus on the people building Africa’s next generation of businesses.

The 2026 summit is themed “Made in Africa. Built for the World.”

The event will bring together entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors, innovators and other ecosystem stakeholders for conversations focused on practical business growth, leadership, innovation and global competitiveness.

Her session adds another dimension to that conversation by examining the value of the individual behind the business. For entrepreneurs building in an increasingly competitive market, the question is no longer simply whether they can attract attention.

The bigger question is what they can build with it. Stephanie Karikari message at AEBS 2026 will centre on that opportunity.

Influence can create visibility. Enterprise creates value. Purpose creates impact.

The African Entrepreneurship and Business Summit 2026 will take place on November 5, 2026, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.

As AEBS continues its speaker announcements ahead of the summit, Stephanie Karikari joins a growing lineup of voices bringing practical experience and new perspectives to Africa’s entrepreneurship ecosystem.
